KG Tax Service LLC requires an upfront deposit of a portion of the tax prep fee in certain situations including (but not limited to) the following:
- No prior-year tax return
- Received a PPP loan
- Received any letters from the IRS
- Adjusted gross income (AGI) does not match what is listed on your tax paperwork
